   Step 1 – Request our FREE prepaid shipping kit  > CLICK HERE                 

   Step 2 – Simply put your headphones in the prepaid shipping box and drop them off at your local USPS office.

    Step 3 – After arrival and inspection, we’ll notify you by email. Then your headphones get fixed!

   Step 4 – We’ll ship them for FREE back to you after payment has been received (PayPal or Credit card). 


If you prefer to SHIP YOUR HEADPHONES TO US BY YOURSELF to speed up the repair process, we have two options :

A – Just fill out your information and complete the “Problem Description” field. Then add “JUST SEND ME THE SHIPPING LABEL”. We will email you our FREE SHIPPING LABEL  >  CLICK HERE

B – Ship your headphones along with our packaging slip provided here in WORD or ADOBE using the carrier of your choice. Our address is included in the slip.
